SAE Brazil AeroDesign Competition

The SAE Brazil AeroDesign Competition is organized by SAE Brazil, a non-profit association that involves engineers, technicians and executives united to disseminate knowledge and techniques related to mobility technology in its various forms: land, sea, and aerospace. This organization is an affiliate of SAE International, an association founded in 1905 in the United States, and is a leading source of automotive and aerospace standards and standards worldwide, with more than 5,000 norms generated and 85,000 members distributed in 93 countries.
The Brazilian edition of the competition involves more than 1400 engineering students from around 95 university teams from all over the country, as well as some teams from other countries, not to mention those involved in organizing the event and the spectators.
Champion teams from each of the competing classes receive the opportunity to participate in one of the North American competitions, SAE AeroDesign East, where teams from around the world test the quality of their projects.
