Selection Process
In order to become a team member, the interested student must enroll in the team selection process, which takes place at the beginning of each semester. During the registration period, team exhibitions and presentations are realized to publicize Nisus and the process, increasing the number of interested people.
After registration is closed, interviews are conducted with some of the students in order to know the candidates better, their profile, experiences, and expectations regarding the project. Finally, the names of the students approved through the team’s social networks are disclosed.
